If you receive an item from simplyArtwork.com that is damaged or defective in any way we will promply replace the item at no cost to you. If you have received a defective or damaged product, please submit a Product Return Request to expedite the replacement order.
If you wish to return or exchange an item that is not defective or damaged, you may do so once you have received a Product Return Authorization notice from our Customer Service Department. Please note that we do charge a 20% re-stocking fee to help mitigate the cost of managing product returns. Non-defective products must be returned to us at your cost in re-sellable condition. Once the product is returned to us, your credit card account will be credited for the amount of the original order, less the 20% re-stocking fee and original shipping cost.
